Quantity feeds two to four depending on how hungry and it will keep in the fridge or freezer.Leave a comment
Oil or oil spray
250 - 350grams beef mince
hot chilli paste - 1/2 tsp minimum, more to preferred taste
Can of diced tomatos
can of kidney beans
sweet chilli sauce - 1 tbsp minimum, more to preferred taste
Heat oil in pan
add chilli paste
bring to boil
add sweet chilli sauce to taste
simmer for about 10 - 20 minutes
If you have another pan or a rice cooker it is normally served with rice.
But if not can be eaten with fresh crusty bread, or any bread really.

I also roasted a small (?butternut) squash brushed with olive oil, cut in half (top and bottom), and used it as a serving bowl. Rice was put in the squash half, with salsa on top and around the squash on the plate. And took out the wrong meat - thought it was a steak until it defrosted, and discovered that it was stirfry beef pieces. Ah well. Salt and pepper on that and panfried.
